For steep-slope roofs, we upgrade to reinforced architectural shingles with enhanced nailing zones for improved wind performance, replace builder-grade felt with synthetic underlayment, install self-adhering leak barriers at valleys and other vulnerable areas, and furnish new pipe flashings, step flashing, and metal drip edge around the perimeter.
For low-slope systems, we recommend thicker membranes, heat-welded seams, tapered insulation for proper drainage, HD cover boards where appropriate, ES-1 compliant edge metal, and full flashing replacement at curbs and penetrations.
For portfolio owners and managers, we offer preventive maintenance plans, scheduled inspections, leak response, debris and drain maintenance, and condition reporting.

Omar came out the next day and quickly assessed where our leak was coming from, and used sealant to close several small holes in our roof left by the original construction crew. He took the initiative to look over our entire roof to check for any other potential problem areas and repaired another area that had small holes, again from the original construction crew. My roof was totally destroyed as a result of hail damage. They replaced all the shingles after removing old ones without damaging my landscaping. They did an excellent job of cleaning up afterwards.
